Description

Pandanus amaryllifolius is a shrub, reaching a height of 1-1.6 m. The stem is erect, unbranched, and thick aerial roots grow on the stem. The leaves are arranged in whorls, sword-shaped (linear) with a length of 25-75 cm, the leaf margins are smooth, the leaf tips are acute, the abaxial surface of the leaves is glaucous, and the leaf cross-section forms the letter "W'. Flowers are rare because they bloom very rarely.



Usage

Pandan is used for women's internal health care, scalp, treating body itching, worms, expelling wind from the body, relieving tiredness, steam bath preparations, flower baths, postpartum mother's bath, stove liner, bertangas ingredients, shrinking peranakan, majun ingredients, treating bentan, meroyan, relieving fever, yellow fever, massage oil ingredients, treating fractures, relieving knee pain, vein pain, treating stress, controlling high blood pressure and blood glucose levels, and treating stroke.
